PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION POSITION – 1 DAY PER WEEK
We are looking for a reliable and organised person to join our team for one day a week (Wednesday) in a general administration role.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a small, busy automotive environment and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
General administration duties
Answering phones and customer enquiries, greeting customers
Invoicing and data entry
Supporting the workshop team as required
About You:
Previous experience in an administration role preferred with experience using Reckon Accounts Hosted being an advantage but not essential and we also run a stock management system.
Good computer skills
Friendly and professional manner
Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
Have a current NZ driver’s license
If you are self-motivated and a team player with a can-do attitude and will enjoy being part of a supportive local business, we would love to hear from you.
Position is Wednesday 9am-3.30pm (negotiable hours). This position would be a minimum 6 hours plus additional hours when the Office Manager is on annual leave to perform general day to day duties required.
