Executing a flawless, grand-scale gala requires more than beautiful aesthetics; it requires uncompromising logistical precision. The Lumé team recently provided complete end-to-end production for a premium Auckland gala, managing every single touchpoint of the project.

From the initial vendor negotiations and budget oversight to the final audio cue, our team owned the process. We designed the event theme, integrated bespoke decorations, and curated a seamless guest journey complete with VIP hospitality and premium F&B management. On the technical side, we directed the minute-by-minute run of show, synchronizing lighting, sound, and visual presentations to support a high-stakes awards session.
