*** WHY USE A GRAPHIC DESIGNER INSTEAD OF JUST ASKING CHATGPT TO MAKE IT? ***

We love technology, and AI tools like ChatGPT can be incredibly useful — but when it comes to professional graphic design and printing, there’s a big difference between creating an image and creating a print-ready design.

Images generated by AI are often created at a resolution or size that simply isn’t suitable for professional printing, and we are seeing a lot coming through our print shop at the moment. You can end up with blurry images, pixelation, poor quality, incorrect colours, spelling mistakes, or files that just aren’t set up correctly for the printer.

That’s where a graphic designer comes in.

We’re trained to understand things like:
✔️ Resolution & image quality
✔️ CMYK vs RGB colour
✔️ Bleed, crop marks & safe areas
✔️ Typography & layout
✔️ Correct file formats
✔️ Print specifications
✔️ Branding & visual consistency

And, most importantly, we know how to take an idea and turn it into a professional, practical design that actually works in the real world — whether it’s going on a business card, flyer, sign, vehicle, brochure or billboard.

AI can be a great tool. But it doesn’t replace the knowledge, experience and attention to detail of a trained graphic designer.
Don’t just create something that looks good on your screen. Create something that looks fantastic when it comes off the press.

P.S. Shawn's strange looking 'hat' deserves its own post... we're still trying to work out whether it's fashion, function, or a circus audition! 🤣🎩
