Do certain places drain you...... and others give your energy?

I love enclosed spaces, imagine sauna sessions and the back corner of a quiet cafe. You may prefer busy, chaotic coworking rooms and being in the centre of a loud cafe.

Some spaces let you focus others make you disregulated and unable to think.

Now imagine trying to give a speech in a room that makes you freeze.
Trying to network where your nervous system shuts down.

When we understand how we focus best, we take in information easier, our output improves and everyone wins.

Creation becomes easier, when you support your system.

There are two themes that have been influencing me lately, and I wanted to share them here, because if they’re present in my field, they'll also be relevant for you.

Social Media.

It’s always been a bit of a dance for me. A mirror that constantly invites me to look again at what it's showing me.

I’ve been in digital marketing since the early days of social media and believe it holds real potential, when used intentionally. It opens conversations and possibilities that we’ve never had access to before.

But it all got too much and we forget to make a rulebook.

One that honours time, energy, presence, and permission.

We're still trying to figure it all out.

I love feeling things out, so i'm always exploring and watching.

And lately, i’ve seen something really clearly: the way I’ve been using social for business isn’t right. It doesn’t meet my audience where they are.

I’ve been drawing people into my smaller, more intimate spaces... and then flooding them with content.

It’s well-meaning, passionate, and often full of depth, but it's too much to digest in the space it's being delivered.

The timing is wrong.

I value the time and attention of the people who enter my world. When they are scrolling, they’re usually in the middle of something else. They’re not always ready for depth. They might not have the attention to go there.

My depth and enthusiasm is a superpower, but too much when you're not ready for it. 🫨

The content is valuable, the ex*****on and the environment is the problem.

This insight has shifted how I approach social again. Now, I’m using it as a doorway, a glimpse into something more. I’m inviting curiosity, offering gentle call-to-actions that lead outside social. Where there's more opporunity and time to reflect, connect and explore.

It’s intentional, multi channel and honours presence, timing and choice.

And in honouring your time, I’ll come back to part two soon—it's about connection and what true community looks like for me now.

Aligned Visibility

Everyone and everywhere is not a marketing plan.

You already know your value.
You’re clear(er) on your message.

So the next obvious question is:
Where do I share it?
Who needs to hear it?
And how do I want to show up?

The goal isn’t to do more.
It’s to do what matters—purposefully.
To show up in the right places, in a way that actually feels good to you.

That's:
Not every platform—I only use two.
Not every format—choose the one that matches your natural expression.

Let’s begin with the part most people skip... It's not a strategy or a platform.

What I’ve learned after decades in this space is simple:

It’s not what you do that matters most—it’s who you are.

Your energy, frequency are behind everything you do.

Energy is the starting point, the magnet that attracts.
It speaks before you do and is what people are really responding to.

So if you’re attracting misaligned clients…
What are they responding to in me? And is that the energy I truly want to be known for?

If you’re not attracting anyone.....
Are you allowing yourself to be seen?

You're not here to sell Reiki, sound healing, coaching, marketing.
You’re here to offer the experience of you - that is the transformation.

That’s what people say yes to. No one can compete with it. It makes you one of a kind. Unforgettable.

It is your unique selling point.

Reflect on this:
What is it about you that makes you unforgettable, unique, one of a kind?
What is the frequency you carry that no one else can replicate?

This is why I use Human Design in all my client work. Even when they don't ask.
Because it reveals your natural talents, how your energy flows, what attracts people to you.

We’re mastering the energy, but forgetting the strategy.

We’re taking action—but without a clear end goal in mind. Constantly doing doing but without knowing why or if it's working.

It looks like this:
Posting on social media because you should—sharing, commenting, hoping for engagement.
Vs.
Posting with intention and purpose: educating, inspiring, and shifting perspectives before your audience even buys. Creating a journey toward your upcoming event, workshop, or offer.

One you have a reason for posting the other one your just posting - it's wasting your time!!!

More examples so it's really clear where you're wasting time.

Taking a LinkedIn course… but you’re not even sure if LinkedIn is the right platform for your business.

Building a website… but you don’t have clarity on what you’re actually selling.

Spending hours on SEO… but you're not sure on your audience or how they find you.

Siging up for another course because you need clarity - when you've not implement what you learnt from the last.

Strategy focuses your time, energy, and money

When you bring strategy into the mix, your actions become purposeful. Instead of draining time and resources, they drive momentum—leading you and your audience toward something bigger.

What I see:
🚨 A. The Vision Isn’t Clear Yet – Beyond making money or getting clients, you haven’t fully felt into what you really want. Your vision needs teasing out.

🚨 B. You're Doing A Lot… But Not Getting Closer – Most of your actions aren’t actually asisting. They’re just draining your time, energy, and resources.

Before you invest in another course, coach, website, branding, SEO… or post again on social media…

Get clear on what you're doing it for—and why.

It all starts with a big, bold vision—then you build a plan of attack to get there.

It Can Be Easy—Stop Overcomplicating Things.

We often overthink, strategise, and complicate what should be simple.

Oh how you all get stuck in your heading trying to figure things out. Stop thinking and start doing. But first ask yourself a very simple question - is this going to help me reach my goal?

Then

💡 Send an email.
Tell people about it. Give them a place to buy it. (If they don’t know it exists, how can they say yes?)

This was exactly how I booked the last event I attended—an event bound to sell out quickly.

Why? Because the intention behind it was genuine. They followed their inner guidance and trusted it was already done.

Here are a few golden nuggets that made it even more effortless:

✨ It was a collaboration.
They weren’t doing it alone. They used other peoples audiences too, community is key. It's amplifies your reach. (More voices, more momentum, more energy.)

✨ They talked about it to their clients.
Real inperson conversations, a lost art, but powerful. It's not just the words it's the energy behind the words and intention (word-of-mouth sells faster than any algorithm.)

✨ They let go of the outcome.
They didn’t force it, chase it, or overthink it. They put it out there and allowed the right people to come. (Because certainty attracts, desperation repels.)

It’s Not About Doing More—It’s About Being Seen.

This is the Projector truth: Success doesn’t come from working harder, showing up constantly, or pushing through.

It comes from seeing yourself first—recognising your value, your wisdom, and patiently waiting for the right people to see it too.

When I discovered I was a Projector, everything made so much more sense.

I finally understood why I was so exhausted. I had spent my life in a world built for hustlers, doers, and endless momentum—surrounded by pressure - trying to keep up when I wasn’t designed to.

So here’s the truth about Projectors:
💫 A single insight from us can save years of work for someone else.
💫 Our value isn’t in how many hours we grind—it’s in our wisdom.
💫 Our power is activated when we are recognised. You simply ask for my opinion, insights, what i think.

So I don't chase clients, I own my ability to see things differently, practice self recognition on a daily basis and wait.

Instead of pushing my work into the world, I let my presence, my expertise, and my energy invite the right people in.

Looking for consistent leads and new clients? Thinking you need a bigger audience or to expand your reach?

This is exactly where I was last year when I reflected on my next steps. Solstice is always my time to pause and look at where I’ve been and where I want to go.

During a group coaching session, I asked my coach: “How do I continually attract a new audience?” You know I was stuck in my mind thinking about email lists, collaborations, events"

Her response? It was exactly what I would have said to anyone who asked me the same question:

“You evolve your business by looking at yourself first.”

We continually focus on service—on what other people need and want. What about us!!

If you’re a personal profile, like me, your focus needs to start with your own energy. Stay focused on what lights you up on your journey and then take it to others.

If you have a small number first in your profile, (1/4,1/5,1/6,2/4,2/5,2/6 you get the picture) You’re a personal profile. Focus on yourself first.

As a projector the questions is:
Do I the energetic capacity to receive the invitations?
Am I rested and recovered and am I enthusiastic and focusing on the things I love?

As a ¼ when I feel safe in the knowledge, safe in my relationships/community

Then the business and invitations will come. It really is that simple!!

After 6 weeks of holidays, family time, relaxation and not a huge amount of work, I think i'd say I'm adequetly rested"

This theme of consistency of clients and our ability to receive prompted the first of my offerings this year. A club to join to learn, grow and evolve together.

Just intime for back to school.

🚫 The Flop That Taught Me Everything 🚫

A few years ago, I tried to run a Giving Tuesday campaign. It was a massive flop—but also one of my greatest successes.

Here’s what I learned:
💡 No amount of clever marketing can replace inner alignment.
💡 Sales driven by pressure and hustle don’t work for me.
💡 Integrity and energy are the foundation of everything I do.

That "failure" was my turning point. It pushed me to lean into my Human Design and redefine not only the marketing I did, but how I taught it. Values, compassion, trust, and alignment became essential.

Now, I attract, not chase. I sell with an open heart and showcase what’s possible, allowing my audience to make empowered decisions.
