More Ways to Support a Small Business
There are lots of ways you can support small businesses right now. This is one of our favourite lists some will cost you some money, some of these won’t cost you a cent, just a few minutes of your time.
Find a local supplier,like a butcher or fruit & vege shop that can supply what you need and buy from them, It may cost a little more but you are helping them stay afloat.
When you have bought, rave about it. What made you feel special.
Lots of people will read Facebook and Google reviews before they trust a business enough to buy from it. So if you've had awesome service from someone local, let other people know about it by leaving a great review.
When small businesses aren't able to get people through the doors, you can help them stay visible online by liking and engaging with their posts instead of just scrolling on by.
If you love their products and think your friends will too, why not share one of their posts this weekend.
And if you are a super fan, take a photo of your purchase and post it on your social media with a shout-out and tag the business.
