Thirty years together? That’s longer than some of our team have been alive!!

Since 1996, our mahi with Suzuki NZ has thrived through agency name changes (shoutout to the OG Promotus days) and enough coffee to power the whole country. From iconic Swifts to the legendary Jimny, we’ve loved helping keep Aotearoa moving.

Tūmeke! Here’s to the next 30 years of steering in the same direction.

Tino rawe! Congratulations to the Champions Initiative whānau and everyone behind the mahi on receiving the IMPACT Award. So awesome to see this mahi recognised 👏

He's still getting GOLD 🏆
It was an honour to have Billy and Kerri Graham accept the IMPACT Award on behalf of Champions Initiative at the Wellington Gold Awards this year.

The link between the Wellington City Mission sending Mr Dunn to the Hutt Valley, Billy walking into the Railways Boxing Gym, and then establishing the Naenae Boxing Academy was clear to all. And the fact that three CI academies now exist in the Wellington region, was not lost on the mayors of those cities, in the audience.

We are very proud of the Champions initiative legacy.

A pīki shoutout to the amazing volunteers that care for the Innermost City Gardens just up the road from us! 🌱

Thanks to their hard mahi, composting our kai scraps at Hemisphere is easy. It’s one of the small, daily habits we do to make a positive difference in our community. Alongside fuelling our team with ethically sourced local coffee beans, we also recycle absolutely everything (yes, even the soft plastics and tiny lids!).

While we love keeping things green at a local level, our commitment goes much deeper.

Hemisphere is incredibly proud to be a Climate Positive business.

We actively cut our emissions wherever possible, and for the ones we can't eliminate yet, we work with Ekos. Ekos is an Aotearoa based company that helps us to build climate resilience through nature-based solutions, expert consulting, and practical business support.

We offset our footprint through indigenous carbon forest projects, plus a further 20% so that our overall impact gives back to the earth rather than just breaking even.

These offsets grow and protect forests across Aotearoa and the Pacific. They build climate resilience, protect waterways, control erosion, support biodiversity, and back local communities.

From our morning coffee to our global carbon footprint, we are always looking for ways to do better 🌍💚
