Stop Relying on ROAS for Success! 🚫💼
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) might give you quick wins, but it’s not the whole picture. It only measures short-term ad performance and doesn't account for long-term growth or profitability.
What should you focus on instead?
💡 Profit Scaling Margin (PSM) – This tells you how profitable and scalable your business is as you grow, factoring in your costs, not just revenue. It helps you know if you can scale profitably with each sale, rather than just breaking even.
♾️ Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) – A one-time sale doesn’t build a business. LTV measures the total value a customer brings over time. If you’re investing in ads, think about how much each customer is worth over months or years, not just from one sale.
The Big Picture:
Short-term ROAS wins won’t lead to sustainable success. Focus on PSM and LTV for long-term growth and profitability. That's how you build a business that lasts!
