Today felt heavy. Post-birthday blues, the looming Monday grind, and that quiet ache of feeling a little stuck. I turned inward — and this is what poured out. An illustrated reflection of where my head’s at.

Mental health isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s a quiet unraveling. Sometimes it’s just feeling off. And that’s okay.
This piece is my way of saying: it’s okay to pause. To rest. To do something small that soothes your spirit — a walk, a cry, a sketch, a deep breath.

Be gentle with yourself. You’re doing the best you can. 🌧️❤️‍🩹🌤️

Thought it was about time I did an introduction about myself!
I'm Aimee the face behind Vivid.ly creative! Since this is my first post with my face in it I thought it only fit to share a few random facts about me!

✨ I'm a cafe manager and I've worked in hospo for almost 10 years!

✨ I studied graphic design for only one year and then dropped out, the majority of what I know is self taught!

✨ September last year I broke both my ankles and had to have surgery, so only just started working again this month (yes I am a cluts)

✨ I'm ashamed to say that I love country music 🤠
