🙌 Another happy small business, another smooth migration

🐎 We’ve have recently completed a website migration for Oakridge Equestrian, owned by Zephania — a familiar face and truck 👀 at equestrian events around the country.

The previous website host was causing Zephania more frustration than progress, with slow communication, delayed updates, and unmet marketing promises — so we moved the site to Web M.O hosting and rebuilt it in Elementor using a lighter, faster theme and cleaner product organisation.

We recently had the pleasure of giving Columbine Industries Ltd a fresh new look with a complete website overhaul! Their old site was running on outdated systems, so we migrated them to new hosting, upgraded to the latest WordPress & WooCommerce, and replaced old plugins with streamlined, secure functionalities.

The result? A modern, responsive website that reflects Columbine’s legacy as a trusted name in hosiery since 1951! Wow! I'm so excited to share my experience working on this amazing project for The Health Shop, Rotorua, . It took me a little while to post about it, but collaborating with Orléa and Sharon was an absolute joy a few months back. They previously had a WooCommerce website design, which is usually my go-to choice. However, we faced some challenges with their POS system not integrating smoothly. Since the point of sale system is crucial for any physical retail space, ensuring proper connectivity is vital for business success.

Instead of changing their POS system - which would have been quite a headache given their extensive SKU list - we decided to enhance their online store using Shopify. Orléa took the initiative to handle much of the product data herself to save costs, while I focused on revamping the design and optimising the settings for maximum online impact.
