🏡 **REAL ESTATE… WITH A SIDE OF SAUNA 😂**

My office is currently undergoing a little renovation, so for now I’ve relocated to the spare room.

The glamorous life of a real estate agent… 😂

My temporary office setup includes:

💻 Laptop
📱 Phone
📂 No Paperwork, because I am now Totally Digital!!
☕ Coffee — obviously
🔥 And… a sauna sitting right beside me!

I’m not saying the pressure of the property market is getting to me… but at least I’ve got somewhere to sweat it out. 🤣

The renovation won’t last forever, but in the meantime, business continues as usual from my very fancy temporary headquarters.

If you need me, I’ll be in the spare room… contemplating whether a sauna counts as a legitimate business expense. 😂

Today is all about celebrating the dads, stepdads, grandads, father figures and all the wonderful men who show up for their whānau.

He rā mō koutou — this day is for you! 💚

For the wisdom, the guidance, the laughs, the life lessons… and yes, even those classic Dad jokes! 😂

Thank you for the love and support you give, for the mahi you do behind the scenes, and for being there through all the ups and downs of life.

Whānau is everything.
Aroha, manaakitanga and connection are what make a family strong. 💚

So today, put your feet up, enjoy the cuppa, soak up the love and let yourself be celebrated. You deserve it!

💚 Everything is GREEN this week! 💚

Noticing a bit of a theme lately… 👀😉

Green signs. Green spaces. Green shoots. Green lights.
And maybe… just maybe… a little GREEN energy in the mix too! 🌿💚

I’m taking it as a wink from the universe — growth, fresh starts and good things ahead. ✨

Sometimes you just have to notice the signs… and take the hint! 😉

I’m so grateful to have been offered this house-sitting gig for the week — and honestly, look at this! 😍🌊

Ōhope Beach looking absolutely stunning! What a little slice of paradise. 🏖️☀️

A week of beautiful views, fresh sea air and a very welcome change of scenery. You won’t hear me complaining! 💚🌴

And of course, I managed to sneak in a little induction course too! 😉📚
Because even on a mini vacay, there’s always something to learn!

Sometimes you just have to stop, breathe, and appreciate where you are. 💚

It’s Astrid Armstrong here, and I’ve got something new coming your way with Arizto. 💚

I’ll soon be bringing to market a three-bedroom home, one-bathroom, double garage, and approximately 700 square metres of land.
