A project close to home πŸ‘Œ

We recently completed these new entrance signs for Glenbervie School, featuring custom 3D router-cut lettering that really makes the design stand out.

A big thanks to team at Axis CNC New Zealand for helping produce the letters and bring the vision to life.

My boys helped out with the build of these signs in the workshop, so it was pretty cool showing them the finished result once everything was installed. There's something pretty rewarding about seeing a project come together from start to finish, especially when you get to share it with your kids.

Getting Mum's place winter-ready β„οΈπŸ

A bit of PPF work from last week. πŸ‘Œ

This freshly painted truck panel was brought in for paint protection film application before heading back into service.

Lots of contours, recesses, and edges on this one, making for a challenging install and a clean finish.

The best PPF jobs are the ones you don't notice β€” just protection where it's needed most. πŸ›‘οΈπŸ”₯

πŸš• Fresh new look for Tutukaka Passenger Services Ltd πŸš•

This one was a full refresh from the ground up. We started by designing a brand-new logo, then carried that look through onto their Nissan Serena with clean, professional vehicle signage.
The goal was simple β€” make the vehicle instantly recognisable, easy to read, and give the business a modern look that reflects the reliable service they provide around Whangārei.

We don’t always get to do new signage… sometimes we have to take the old stuff off πŸ˜…

Today’s mission: removing old vehicle signage β€” with a couple of apprentice helpers on site.

Not sure if they removed more vinyl or asked more questions 🀣 but they were stoked to help Dad out and get stuck in.

Safe to say I had a pretty good crew on the job today πŸ‘Œ

With curved rear windows like this, every line had to be hand placed to keep it visually straight across the glass. One of those small details that makes a big difference β€” stoked with how crisp this turned out πŸ™Œ

This 2.4m x 1.2m sign was designed, printed, and hand applied completely in-house. Even managed to get the boss on the tools helping apply this one 🀣🀣
