IT has been one wonderful journey for me.
I am Ravi Cheruvu, I have over 7 years of experience in the IT industry.
I started my own sole trading business almost 1.5 years ago.

How did I start my IT business?

IT is all because people have recognized that I have come with one hell-of-a package 😏 - my IT skills, along with amazing interpersonal skills.
Well, I am not just a machine answering questions on the other side of the phone telling them to shut down and restart their machines; but actually have humor with them! That is literally what caused me to start my business!

As a new business myself and as an individual, I know what other businesses need, and most importantly I know what people need and want!

New and start-up businesses have asked me for my assistance many times to evaluate their IT needs; Many individual people have asked me for my help with their IT. I have provided them with pricing options along with flexibility options. I supported them when they were struggling!!!

Not everyone can understand IT, but everyone can relate to IT when things go technologically bad and then completely worse. Some even need urgent help!! The last thing people need is someone to look down upon their mistakes. What people do want is support, a room for making mistakes, and learning from them - sometimes more than once!
😊 You Know You've Been There!!! Never restarting your machine until we tell you to do so!!

My daughter's catchphrase after doing something or NOT doing something correctly is, "... silly me, but that's OK". What does she know whether something is ok and what is not ok? She is only 3 years. Especially after drawing on the walls with pens!!!
But giving her room to make mistakes and to grow is what she needs - but recognizing that was not ok AND maybe next time you can draw on paper is all she needed to hear from us parents. So she can try again with better insight next time. Of course, I am still left with the clean-up job. 😅 next time..? What does give me strength is my hope that she actually has recognized it is not ok and that maybe, just maybe next time she may consider NOT drawing on walls or doors!

I think we are all able to relate to such incidents especially if you are a parent. But also with yourselves if you are starting a new skill/language/career/or even a new business!!!

A few clients whom I support got back to me with amazing feedback about my work. Both of them have these 2 things in common:
1. They are thankful that I have understood well their Business needs, working with them on the evaluation of available options, and setting up their business with workable IT solutions.
2. When things went wrong, I am right there!

What gives me a passion for IT and my business tick?

Not the computers!!! Gosh No!! But of course, it is to see the people and their businesses which I support - EXCEL to their highest level! When that happens, peace of mind and sustainability will come swiftly to them.
