Carmen majored in Art at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where she also specialized in Graphic Design. She has recently worked as a Graphic Designer and Graphic Editor at Toronja Comunicación Estratégica designing materials for several different types of clients such as, CADE 2007, Alpha – útiles y cuadernos, etc. She has also created graphic materials as part of book collections like Ca
mbio Climático, Recetario de Papas Nativas, etc. for Soluciones Prácticas (British NGO), and at Solar Central de Proyectos she developed graphic pieces for clients like Pacífico, ProFuturo AFP and WSP. At Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú she was part of the Marketing & Institutional Image Department. As a freelance graphic designer Carmen has designed book covers and illustrated different publications for several editorial groups such as, Grupo Editorial Matalamanga, Instituto de Estudios Peruanos, Grupo Editorial Norma, Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya, Grupo GEA, among others. She has participated in collective visual art exhibits in Lima and currently works as a Graphic Designer in the Institutional Image Department of Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya.
