The coconut palm is known as the "TREE OF LIFE" because of its diversified products and by-products that support human life. The coconut tree provides many other useful food by-products.

🥥One of these are our own home-made "Sinantolan" which one of the main ingredients come from; fresh coconut milk that adds a flavorful taste in your meals.

🌴The other one is the edible coconut vegetative pith or "Ubod" processed as Atsarang Ubod or Palm heart pickles probably the most famous appetizer of Filipinos. This sweet and sour tasting appetizer is usually served with fried dishes such as fried fish, crispy pata, longganisa, tocino, and even lechon manok. In addition, this can also give life to dull dishes.

"Sinantolan" and "Atsarang Ubod" are available in 250 grams and 500 grams with price varies depending on volumes and location.
