As we dove into strategies and tips to improve the awareness and consideration stages, itโs time to get deeper into possibly the most important stage; the decision stage.
The decision stage marks the conclusion of the buyer's journey now that they are aware of their problem and their method of response.
The deciding phase of the purchasing process is perhaps the most crucial. You raised awareness, helped the potential customer evaluate, and are now a competitor for the solution that would best satisfy their demands.
You're expecting that customers would prefer your solution, service, or product because they now have a better understanding of what they need, have started having deeper discussions with colleagues, or have started making pro/con lists.
By this point, you should have stepped into your customerโs shoes, understanding the source of the problem or pain point, and considered how your product or service will address it or make it better in order to deliver the best possible service.
