Question and Answer.
❓1. How much does it cost?

➖It really depends on what you want, and what kind of shape your original photo is in. Let’s say you have a photo that is a little faded, but doesn’t have damage, and you just want a copy of it to give to a friend or family member. The cost could be as little as Php400.
If your restoration is more complex, the cost will be higher. Let’s say your photo is damaged, you want it colorized, or it’s missing pieces. It will take more time to make the magic happen so that photo can come back to life. A complex restoration can go over Php1300.

❓2. How long does it take?
➖The typical restoration takes about three days. A more complex photo may take a bit longer. If you have a special need to have the images ready for an upcoming funeral or memorial service, please let us know, and we will rush your order.

❓3. Can you restore my photo that is stuck to glass?
➖We can help you but DON’T try to take your photo out of the frame or peel it away from the glass! We don’t want you to damage the photo more than it already is. Just let us know first so that we can assist you, but if you can peel it or remove it out of the frame without any damage, that would be great.

❓4. Can you turn a Black & White print into color?
➖Yes! I love colorizing B&W photo just send it to us.

❓5. Can you remove or add someone in my photograph?
➖Yes! Send us your photo, let us know what you want, and we will talk it over with you. Together, we’ll figure out the best options to make the best photograph we can for you.

❓6. How large of a file size can I get?
➖We can make a file size up to 15 inches by 30 inches. Keep in mind that the size of your original file photo will determine how large your restored file size photo can be while maintaining good quality. If your original photo is wallet-sized, it most likely won’t hold up to a wall-sized print.

❗SOFT COPY ONLY, NO HARD COPY PRINT OUT.

❗All restored photo will be send via e/gmail.
