We are looking for an individual who is highly-motivated, reliable, with good communication skills, creative and ready to grow. Due to the important growth, there are high possibilities that the adequate person could lead a team in a short term and to assume new responsibilities, that’s why we need a person able to work in a team but with leadership skills to take more responsibility if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on implementation of frameworks and best practices for development
- Analyzing capabilities/opportunities for new applications taking into consideration the end-to-end architecture, with frameworks like Angular or Ionic and their related languages like Javascript/Typescript, HTML5 and SCSS
- Support web and mobile solutions available for Web, Android and iOS using Ionic
Technical Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years in full-stack Web development experience.
- Advanced level of HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/typescript, Node JS skills.
- Application development experience (with Angular, Ionic, React, VueJS or other).
- Good understanding of web development concepts for big applications and using best practices and design patterns to deliver high-quality, secure, scalable and maintainable code.
- Advanced understanding of databases and SQL queries.
- Ability to work with a remote team.
- Leadership skills to work with a remote team and spearhead projects.

- Commitment to developing frameworks and best practices for application development processes
- Ability to commit to customer milestones, deadlines and service levels in order to deliver high quality developments on time
- Excellent communicator and very transparent – providing timely updates to customers and management
- Ability to manage customer expectations in a multicultural environment
- Autonomous thinking and proactive approach to investigating and discovering solutions
Benefits:
- A net monthly salary of 80,000.00 php, including 13th month, payable via Paypal.
- A net bonus amount of up to 20,000.00 php per quarter, depending on individual performance and achievement of company objectives, also payable via Paypal.

- Possibility to travel to Spain as needed in the future.
