Danica, an assertive person who can handle the different kinds of situations that she knows will be perfectly fine at the end. She always shows her genuine insights of what she wanted, the situations outcome at the same time she always looks for the opinion of others. She does not want people that surround to her to feel about like she is bossy or dictatorian, but she wants to express what is good
for everyone and what would be the lesson learned that may apply on their daily basis. She always looked like a goal-oriented person; since she was a student, she was always assigned to be a leader who could lead the other members to disseminate their task and would have an accomplishment with a specific deadline. With having a decisive manner, she was right there for every situation that needed to have a decision without hesitations or hindrances. Being in a higher rank of position when she was a college student, she had a purposeful air, and it became evident that this was not a casual visit. At the same time, she always had a determination to aim high not just for the grades in her school but for her career, and for her future. Being opinionated in her situation was not good for her image when the decision was not good for everybody but she thinks it was a good solution to solve their task or assignments that given by their professors. She was a perfectionist and well-organized when it came to group work, especially when individual. But when she was a group leader in group work or in an organization, she always took care of her members when, in some cases, it may affect their personality. There's an advantage and disadvantage when she became a class leader, yet, she learned from her experience to handle the different people, situations, and papers.
