Pilot Implementation of New Alert Level System
Ayon sa utos ng IATF, DILG at DOH, sisimulan na ang PILOT IMPLEMENTATION o TESTING ng bagong ALERT LEVEL SYSTEM tulad ng umiiral sa NCR ngayon. Kalimutan na po natin ang mga Community Quarantine classifications (ECQ, MECQ, GCQ, MGCQ, etc.)
Simula bukas, OCTOBER 20, 2021 (WEDNESDAY) hanggang October 31, 2021 (LINGGO), ang ating Lalawigan ng Rizal ay isasailalim ng IATF sa ALERT LEVEL 3.
Narito po ang mga alituntunin mula sa IATF para sa ALERT LEVEL 3 na susundin sa Lungsod ng Antipolo para sa ating kaalaman:
MOVEMENTS & AGE RESTRICTIONS:
Papayagan pong lumabas ang ANUMANG EDAD ngunit para sa ESSENTIAL goods and services lamang o kung papasok sa TRABAHO o OPISINA.
Papayagan din lumabas ang mga FULLY VACCINATED seniors na 65 years old (na walang comorbidities) NGUNIT sa mga OUTDOOR o AL FRESCO na mga lugar LAMANG.
KUNG maiiwasan lumabas, mas makakabuti pa rin kung mananatili sa ating mga tahanan ang mga kabataang below 18 years, above 65 years at mga immunocompromised individuals o yun mga may karamdaman.
CURFEW HOURS: 12:00MN until 4:00AM (Exempted pa rin ang mga APORs)
ALLOWED INDUSTRIES/ACTIVITIES:
Para sa mga establisyimento na FULLY VACCINATED na ang mga empleyado, PAPAYAGAN NA ang MAXIMUM of 30% VENUE CAPACITY para sa INDOOR at 50% naman para sa AL FRESCO/OUTDOOR. Ihanda na ang mga VACCINATION CARDS dahil kailangan ito para makapasok sa mga sumusunod na establishments:
- Venues for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE)
- Permitted venues for social events
- Visitor or tourist attractions
- Amusement parks or theme parks and recreational venues, cinemas and movie houses.
- Limited face-to-face or in-person classes for higher education and for technical-vocational education and training
- In-person religious gatherings; gatherings for necrological services, wakes, inurnment and funerals.
- Licensure or entrance/qualifying examinations
- Dine-in services in food preparation establishments
- Personal care establishments
- Fitness studios, gyms and venues for non-contact exercise and sports
- Film, music and television production
- Papayagan ang mga OUTDOOR EXERCISES sa LAHAT ng EDAD, BAKUNADO o HINDI -- basta sumusunod sa minimum health and safety protocols.
ADDITIONAL 20% VENUE CAPACITY. Dahil mahigit 70% na ng mga senior citizens (A2) at mahigit 70% ng mga adults with comorbidities (A3) sa Antipolo ay FULLY VACCINATED na kontra COVID-19, may karagdagang 20% pa ng mga allowed establishments ay papayagan.
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL CAPACITY. Ang mga establishments ay maaaring madagdagan ang karagdagang 10% venue capacity kung ang mga ito ay mayroong SAFETY SEAL CERTIFICATION.
HINDI PAPAYAGAN ang mga sumusunod:
- Contact sports, maliban kung bubble-type alinsunod sa guidelines ng IATF, Games and Amusement Board, Philippine Sports Commission at sa approval ng LGU kung saan gaganapin ang laro.
- Face-to-face classes ng basic education (pre-school, elementary at high school)
- Mga perya at kid amusement industries
- Venues ng mga live voice o wind-instrument performers and audiences
- Gatherings in residences with individuals/guests not belonging to the same household
- Casinos, horse racing, cockfighting (sabungan), lottery and betting shops at iba pang gaming establishments MALIBAN sa mga otorisado ng IATF at Office of the President
Ipapatupad pa rin ang at-least 30% on-site capacity sa mga ahensya ng gobyerno na may Work-From-Home at iba pang flexible work arrangements.
Bagaman lumuluwag ang mga quarantine restrictions sa ating lungsod, ito ay para sa unti-unting pagbangon ng ating ekonomiya at ng mga hanapbuhay na higit na naapektuhan ng pandemiya.
Kaya patuloy na pina-aalahanan ang lahat na SUMUNOD sa MINIMUM HEALTH STANDARDS and SAFETY PROTOCOLS at aming HINIHIKAYAT ang lahat na MAGPA-BAKUNA laban sa COVID-19.
