You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
* Review and finalize U.S. federal and state tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041, etc.)
* Review tax workpapers and supporting schedules prepared by junior staff
* Ensure all filings comply with IRS and multi-state tax laws
* Identify tax savings opportunities and mitigate compliance risks
* Train, mentor, and provide feedback to junior tax preparers
* Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding tax matters
* Stay current on U.S. tax laws, IRS updates, and regulatory changes
* Support tax planning, projections, and year-end strategies

Who are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in U.S. tax preparation and review (public accounting preferred)
* Proven expertise in U.S. tax codes and multi-state taxation
* Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries, Drake, or UltraTax)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

We’re looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist who will take charge of managing and optimizing our sourcing channels — from employee and applicant referrals, job fairs, recruitment partnerships, and online campaigns to employer branding activities. You’ll be the key driver in ensuring that only high-quality candidates reach our recruitment operations team.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality candidates are endorsed to Recruitment Operations

Conduct initial paper/phone screening to assess qualifications and communication skills

Schedule candidates for initial interviews with Recruitment Specialists

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly candidate endorsement quotas

Manage the Candidate Database, Applicant Tracker, and Interview Tracker

Post job ads on various job portals and social media platforms

Keep applicants updated regarding their application status

✅ Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in sourcing or headhunting

Proficient in using online & social media sourcing portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, JobStreet, Monster, Glassdoor, Indeed)
