We’re opening slots for Tech VA Interns to join our team at Creative Labs PH.

💻 Role 1: Tech VA Intern – Web Development Focus
✅ Department: Web Development Team
✅ Reports To: Web Master (Dennis Somook)
Responsibilities & Scope:
- Assist in building and updating websites on WordPress using builders like Elementor
- Upload and format blog posts, service pages, and portfolios according to wireframes and branding standards
- Conduct QA and testing before site launches (checking responsiveness, links, formatting, etc.)
- Research plugins or tools as assigned to optimize website functions
- Coordinate with strategy, design, and content teams to deliver projects efficiently
Expectations:
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ownership of outputs
✔️ Willingness to learn WordPress, Elementor, and SEO basics
✔️ Minimum 5 hours per week commitment during the internship trial
✔️ Professional communication and openness to feedback
✔️ Desire to build a long-term VA career in web development
📱 Role 2: Tech VA Intern – Social Media Marketing Focus
✅ Department: Strategy & Content Team
✅ Reports To: CEO / Content Strategist (Herlene Somook)
Responsibilities & Scope:
- Write captions and short scripts based on prompts and frameworks
- Format, upload, and schedule posts using Meta Business Suite
- Research hashtags, competitors, and platform trends
- Assist in writing scripts for Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content
- Perform QA checks on scheduled posts to ensure accuracy
- Lead Generation Tasks: outreach messaging, strategic commenting, and engagement to attract leads
Expectations:
✔️ Strong grammar, detail orientation, and ability to follow frameworks
✔️ Comfort using AI prompts for efficient caption drafting
✔️ Minimum 5 hours per week commitment during the internship trial
✔️ Professional communication and responsiveness
✔️ Desire to build a long-term VA career in content marketing and social media
Our 3-Phase Hiring Process is as follows:
🔹 Phase 1: 2-Week Free Internship
✔️ Minimum 5 hours/week (unpaid)
✔️ Testing for skills, attitude, initiative, and culture fit
🔹 Phase 2: 2-Month Paid Internship
✔️ Paid (rate discussed upon acceptance)
✔️ Deepening technical or content implementation skills and lead generation tasks
🔹 Phase 3: Promotion to VA Role
✔️ Opportunity for part-time or full-time long-term VA position based on performance
