Jad has Down syndrome. When he was three, his family was told to expect a quiet life in a small town and not much more.
At 18 he started work in a local factory in Syria and never stopped. Every shift went into one plan: his son Sader would study.
The son became a dentist, one of the best paid careers in the country. His father introduces him to strangers as my son the doctor.
