Executive Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized executive assistant to support our team of executives.

As an executive assistant, you will be responsible for managing our executives' busy calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing meetings and events, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize and coordinate meetings and events, including catering, audiovisual equipment, and logistics
Conduct research on various topics as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience with event planning and coordination a plus

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Attainment
• The Operations Specialist should be a graduate of BS Engineering, Architecture or Fine Arts or BS in Commerce either major in Finance/Accounting, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
• Working experiences in the out-of-home advertising is an advantage.

Experience
