🏗️ Architectural Drafter / AutoCAD Support (Landscape Projects)

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Drafter / AutoCAD Specialist to support landscape architecture projects, including decks, pergolas, patios, and outdoor kitchens.

This role focuses on producing accurate 2D construction drawings and occasional 3D visualizations, while maintaining high standards in quality, efficiency, and communication.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Create 2D construction drawings using AutoCAD
Develop:
Deck layouts
Pergolas, patios, and outdoor kitchen plans
Basic to detailed framing layouts (as needed)
Produce 3D renders or walkthroughs (concept to presentation level)
Prepare permit-ready drawings and presentation PDFs
Work from:
Existing CAD files
Site photos and measurements
Apply proper:
Layer naming conventions
Line weights and annotations
Title blocks and templates
Handle up to 2 revision rounds per project
Ensure drawings meet U.S. project standards (Zone 5–6 building specs)

🧠 Qualifications

Background in Drafting, Architecture, or related field
Strong proficiency in:
AutoCAD (required)
3D software (SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar – flexible)
Experience working on:
Landscape-related structures
Residential outdoor designs
Familiarity with U.S.-based projects and standards
Ability to deliver:
Working files (DWG)
Presentation-ready PDFs
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
