🌟 Marketing & Automation Specialist (HubSpot Expert)
We’re looking for a Marketing & Automation Specialist with strong experience in HubSpot to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about marketing automation, lead generation, and building seamless customer journeys — this role is for you.
🔑 Core Responsibilities (Top Priorities)
HubSpot Marketing Automation – Priority Focus
• Build and manage workflows, sequences, and automated email campaigns.
• Create and optimize forms, landing pages, and lead nurturing funnels.
• Segment contact lists for targeted communication and lifecycle management.
• Develop reports and dashboards to measure MQLs, conversions, and ROI.
Social Media Marketing
• Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Repurpose webinars, blogs, and events into engaging posts and short videos.
• Track analytics (reach, engagement, CTR) and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels.
SEO & Content Optimization
• Apply on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, internal links, alt text).
• Support keyword research and content strategy for blogs and campaigns.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and competitor performance.
• Collaborate with writers to ensure SEO-aligned content.
WordPress Website Management
• Update and maintain website pages (WordPress/Elementor).
• Optimize pages for SEO and mobile responsiveness.
• Build and publish campaign-specific landing pages.
• Troubleshoot basic website issues before escalating.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Align campaigns with product launches, webinars, and company initiatives.
• Automate client-facing communications (onboarding, billing, updates).
• Share marketing performance insights in regular team syncs.
⚙️ Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (SaaS, healthcare, or tech preferred).
• Proven HubSpot expertise (workflows, lead scoring, sequences, and reporting).
• Hands-on experience with WordPress/Elementor and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, RankMath, etc.).
• Excellent writing skills for both short and long-form content.
• Proficient in analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, HubSpot dashboards, and social media insights.
💡 Nice-to-Have
• Experience running paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
• Familiarity with SaaS or healthcare marketing workflows.
