I’ve been on a little hiatus online lately.
I chose peace.
I chose being with my kids, spending time in nature, and slowing down from the constant push of work.
Don’t get me wrong — I’m still grateful to have work. But the past few months felt like I was on autopilot.
Same routine.
Same stress.
Same workload.
And somewhere along the way, I realized…
I needed novelty.
So this 2026, I challenged myself and asked a question that honestly felt uncomfortable:
“What do you actually want to do?”
I paused.
I knew I wanted to create something.
But I kept telling myself I was too lazy to learn complicated things.
I just knew I wanted to bring the fire back, but I didn’t know where to start.
For years I’ve been a course hoarder (and honestly, grateful for everything I learned from them).
But this time I needed something different.
I was second guessing this new venture the whole time.
Can I really do this?
Maybe I can. 🥹
Because today I just built a website without writing a single line of code. ✨
Sometimes the first step is just proving to yourself that you can start again.
