1. Our budget-friendly prices are exclusive of shipping fees, which will be shouldered by the buyer. We ship within 2-5 working days for pre-made designs, depending on the length of our job order list. For customized designs, it takes a couple of days longer.
2. Payment should be made first before an ordered item is shipped. Kindly inform us as soon as you've made your payment so we can prepare to immediately send your order. As soon as we receive payment, we put your order on the job order list.
*For Customized Orders, we will need your payment before we start designing. Kindly allow some lead time for the creative work.
3. Submitted order forms are confirmed as closed sales, so please double-check the form before clicking to submit. No cancellation of orders please, as most of our items are custom-made and personalized.
4. No return nor exchange of items. Items are ensured to be in good condition before shipment.
