When I was young, when I heard people say that they were color blind, I used to think that they don't see any colors at all, just like in the old films that are black and white😅.

Book lovers📚, it's your day.
Hephep, Hooray!

I'm not really that supper dupper book lover, but I'm trying hehe.

👀Right now, my current read is Fear Fighters by Jentezen Franklin, Chapter 1, Page 4.

I just started reading this book, but my heart is almost full. Here's a piece from the chapter I'm reading,

" There was a very cautious man
Who never laughed or played:
He never risked, he never tried,
And when he one day passed away
His insurance was denied;
For since he never really lived,
They claimed he never died!"

It was such an eye-opener, but at the same time, terrifying. It keeps me thinking. What if someday I realize that I'm not really living? 😶

Is sushi good for our eyes?

Sushi is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which help our eyes.

a. Reduce the risk of developing Macular Degeneration

b. Reduce the risk for Glaucoma

c. Prevent and treat Dry Eyes Syndrome.

On the other hand, we should consume just the exact amount of sushi, and always consult your doctor or dietician, especially if you have some health problems.

CATARACT IS THE THE WORLD'S LEADING CAUSE OF BLINDNESS, accounting for approximately 42 percent of all cases of blindness in all nations.

This should be enough to get you to open Google, Safari, Mozilla, or whatever search engine you're using and start typing CATARACT.

And you'll personally be knowledgeable about this condition and maybe want to share it with others. You may save some other eyes if you do so.

I saw this shared post by my former classmate in senior high, and I reacted, haha😆, because I'm happy. I had a good laugh.

Then, I realized something. At times when I'm mindlessly scrolling on social media, I just mindlessly react to posts too.

I clicked 👍even if I didn't understand anything about the post.

I clicked ❤️even if it doesn't really touch my heart a tiny bit.

I clicked 😆 even if it didn't make me laugh or even crack a smile.

We just click here, click there, click everywhere. Maybe because we're completely hooked on the process of it.

Let's make it a habit that we should be mindful of every time we click.

That we really mean every reaction that we send, that we really see the true purpose of social media, to really connect.

Why POPPY? Why this flower being used in remembrance or memorial day?
