HIRING: Cold Caller (Real estate)
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing real estate team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and booking qualified appointments that support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
-Make outbound cold calls using SmartPhone, Dialpad, KVCore, and Follow Up Boss (FUB)
-Use REI Sift CRM to manage, organize, and nurture lead pipelines
-Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads based on defined criteria
-Book appointments and consistently meet daily/weekly targets
-Clearly communicate the company’s real estate services and investment opportunities to prospects
-Coordinate appointment schedules, confirmations, and follow-ups using Google Chat and Google Drive
-Accurately update CRM systems with call notes, lead details, and appointment logs
-Research and identify new prospects within the target market
-Work efficiently with web-based applications and browser tools such as Google Chrome
Qualifications
-Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
-Proven track record of generating quality leads and booking appointments
-Experience using SmartPhone, Dialpad, KVCore, and Follow Up Boss (FUB)
-Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume calling
-Must be available to work night shift
-Immediate start preferred
