Skyland Printing House, Inc. is a Baguio-based printing company focused on helping local brands through thoughtful printing solutions, custom labels, pouches, boxes, and branding materials for growing MSMEs. All customer information shared through inquiries, quotation requests, order forms, and transactions are treated with confidentiality and are used solely for commu
nication, production, and order processing purposes. Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted logos, artworks, texts, and other materials do not infringe upon existing copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights owned by third parties. Artwork, layouts, and design materials created by Skyland Printing House, Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may use finalized and fully paid designs for their intended business and branding purposes. However, raw/editable files, working files, and unreleased concepts remain exclusive to Skyland Printing House unless included in the agreed service arrangement. Completed works, printed outputs, and approved projects may only be featured on Skyland Printing House social media pages, portfolio materials, and marketing platforms with the client’s approval. Actual print colors and output appearance may slightly vary from digital previews due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, material characteristics, and printing processes. Production timelines and turnaround estimates may vary depending on order quantity, material availability, production queue, revision requests, and ongoing workload. By proceeding with an order, clients acknowledge and agree to the company’s production process, approval procedures, and policies.
