DiseNiyo

DiseNiyo We help businesses build and strengthen their brands through various Graphic Design and Social Media Marketing services. DiseNiyo started as a fallback.

It was one of the ways to remain optimistic in this trying time of the Corona Virus outbreak. Many people across the globe experienced having difficulties during this pandemic. May it be a loss of a job, the death of a loved one, or may it be as simple as enduring a decline in one's mental health, this pandemic has taken a toll on a lot of people, and we are no strangers to that. Before we even to

ok on the path to pursue DiseNiyo as a potential professional career choice, we also experienced losing our jobs to the point where we were not exactly sure what to do next and how we were going to survive. Fortunately, with our expertise in the field of Marketing partnered with our skills in Graphic Design, we united them both and came up with the idea of establishing a company to promote brands using various graphics and designs. Thus, DiseNiyo was born. As a social responsibility, we envisioned DiseNiyo as a driving force for small and medium-sized business enterprises to promote their products and services and their brands in general to the online community. This pandemic has put more emphasis on the online business world, and we believe that businesses, in order to survive, must cope up with the change of the times and be receptive to new ideas, especially now with people's enhanced sensory organs brought about by the internet. In a world where the possibility of this pandemic being far from over is hard to reach, and until warm hugs are freely given again everywhere, we would support our clients to join hands with us to bring the best out of their brands one design at a time.

Brand Marks, or most of us commonly call them logos,☝🏼 is a symbol or pictorial design that identifies our products, brand, and businesses. They are the most essential part of any brand identity design. 💯

While most of us know that brand marks or logos are just “icons”, there are different types of brand marks that brand managers can choose from that is most appropriate for their business! ✅

The types of Brand Marks that brands can play around choosing are:

📌 Letterform Mark - uses a few letters, no words
📌 Wordform Mark - uses words, usually the name of the brand or business
📌 Pictorial Mark - uses a distinct recognizable picture
📌 Abstract Mark - uses shapes and patterns that form a unique image
📌 Combination Mark - uses one or more types of brand marks in one design
📌 Character Mark - more commonly known as mascots
📌 Emblem - much more detailed than abstract marks, usually have mottos or verses intended as morals of the brand

Brands need these brand marks to standout in the pool of similar business in their respective industry. 💯 It is what brands communicate their value with to their audiences. 🗣

And we’re on to the last two elements of a logo! ✨SHAPE and CONTENT✨ It is imperative to design shapes and content that can immediately attract consumers. It is because the brain acknowledges and remembers shapes first.🧠

Visual images need not be processed for they are easily remembered and directly recognized while words have to be decoded into meaning.👀 Reading is not necessary in isentifying shapes, but identifying shapes is necessary to be able to read. 🤔

Content in logos are the images, pattern, and the overall appearance your logo showcases consumers.☝🏼 It is highly dependent on shapes. That is why, although last to be recognized, it is as important as the shape of a logo.👍🏼

A distinctive shape and content makes a faster imprint in our memories, the importance of designing a logo that has a distint shape and content is important in the brand identity design process. ✊🏼

Another essential element of a logo is the ✨COLOR✨ it is designed with! Like the typography, a logo’s color is something that catches the attention of consumers.👀 Colors are needed to be carefully chosen as they trigger emotions and evoke brand association. 💯

Choosing a color for the logo of a brand or a business requires a:
☝🏼 core understanding of the color theory, ☝🏼 clear vision of how the brand needs to be perceived and differentiated, and an
☝🏼 ability to master consistency and meaning over a broad range of mediums.

The logo designer, brand manager, marketer, or whoever is in charge of the business’ brand identity🧑🏻‍💼👩🏻‍💼 has to master the physical aspects of color, which mostly have to do with graphic design🖌. Considerations such as boldness, dynamic tension, legibility, and so on.

Colors in logos are as important as the logo itself. They can stimulate a memory😨💡 and give sensation. They also facilitate recognition and build brand equity which brands most certainly want to achieve. Do you?

In designing brand identity, logos must be the number one thing that comes into our heads. 1️⃣ As mentioned in last night’s post, logos are essentials in businesses and brands for they tell potential clients who and what a business is and what it does and offers.☝🏼📣

One element of a logo that needs to be carefully designed is ✨typography✨. Typography is the art of selecting and using an appropriate style of typeface and font, in a way that reinforces the message of the words, without distractions.☝🏼

In logos, the typeface that is to be used is a core-building block of an effective identity program. 🧱 It is the clothing 👕👖 that dresses the words, goving them character, emphasis, and a subtle but distnct personality that the reader often senses subconsciously. 🔎🤔

Choosing the right ✅ typography for your brand’s logo requires basic knowledge of the breadth of options and a core understanding of effective typography functions.💡 The typface needs to be flexible and easy to use, must provide a range of expression, and must support the positioning strategy of your brand. 🤗

Need a logo? Well, who can help you with that(us)? 😅📩

Have you ever questioned yourself, how loyal are my customers or audiences to my business or brand? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Well you’re in for a treat! Today, we are going to talk about the degrees of brand loyalty customers have towards businesses and brands!☝🏼 We have already discussed the furst two, now let’s check the second and last two. 🤗

The third degree of brand loyalty is the ✨SOFT-CORE LOYAL✨. This type of consumers possess loyalty to brands and busienss only on. a limited amount.🤏🏼 They are consumers who have brand preferences towards a number of brands only. As a characteristic, Soft-Core Loyal customers are consumers who are loyal to a few brands, two or three brands maximum.

The fourth and last degree of brand loyalty is the ✨HARD-CORE LOYAL✨. These consumers are often in the stage of brand loyalty which is Brand Insistence.☝🏼Hard-core loyal customers often support and buy from one brand and one brand only. The brand they are most loyal too. They do not go for alternatives 🙅🏻‍♂️ and often have an extensive search of that one brand they’re loyal to if possible.

With all the degree of brand loyalty that we have discussed, brands should aim to have these last two. 💯 With proper strategies and quality content, customers would turn from Switchers and Shifting to Soft-core and most importantly Hard-core loyal customers! 💪🏼😅

STAGES OF BRAND LOYALTY

As we said in a previous post, ✨Increased Brand Loyalty✨ is a benefit that Social Media Marketing can do to businesses and brands online. Customer loyalty is the lifeline 📈 that brands hold on to to stay relevant.

Previously, we have discussed the first two stages of brand loyalty. Let’s discuss the next two on out list:

📌 Brand Preference
This is the stage of brand acceptance at which consumer select one brand over competing offerings based on previous experiences with that brand. 🤔 From the keyword “preference”, this stage of brand loyalty is where consumers choose to go with one brand as opposed to other brands in the market. ☝🏼

📌 Brand Insistence
The most loyalty stage of all. 👍🏼 This is the stage of brand acceptance at which consumers refuses to accept alternatives🙅🏻‍♂️ and searches extensively for the desired good or service. 🔎 This is the stage where customers strong prefers a specific brand and will accept no substitute.✊🏼

As you can see, the last two stages have strong sense of loyalty towards brands in any industry. 💪🏼 This is what brands should try to achieve, especially brand insistence. But brands still need to be careful even if they have such customers, because yes, it is hard to attract customers, but it is even harder to make them stay loyal. 😅💯

And we’re done!🥳 We have yet again concluded another series! ☝🏼For the past few days we discussed the Social Media Life cycle and how important these stages are in creating a solid Social Media Marketing plan!💪🏼😄

As refresher,🔄 let’s go through the stages again. First is 📌Identifying Target Audience, without them, you don’t have a business. Second is to 📌Develop Appropriate Strategies, the most difficult part.

The third and fourth stages go hand in hand together, 📌Curating Proper Content ✍🏼and 📌Identifying the Right Platforms👍🏼. These stages should be carefully thought of 🤔 for these could determine the outcome of our strategies.

The fifth stage is 📌Implementation of marketing plans which is very crucial.☝🏼 Without implementation, our plans would be useless. The sixth and lasts stages are 📌Monitoring Content Performance and 📌Acknowledge Feedback. These are important stages to know which plan worked and which one did not. We can use information from these stages to improve future strategies. 😅

Like any other life cycle, there is a purpose why it goes on and on.🔄 For the SMM Life Cycle, this serves as guides as brands to continually serve our audiences to the best of our abilities. 💯 If you need help, we’re just here!

SMM LIFE CYCLE STAGE NO. 7

It is very important for us social media marketers to acknowledge what our audiences say in response to our content. ☝🏼 Providing feedback from their praises or criticisms is a way how audiences see our dedication to our brands and market. 👀 It makes our brands more trustworthy.

Getting customer feedback can be hard. 💯 There are days when they celebrate you and your content, while there are days when it’s not just working out. ❌ While all of that is true, it is the responsibility of brands to address whatever their audiences say. This stage is very important so that social media marketers could assess what went wrong, what worked well. 🔎

Providing a counter-feedback to audience feedback is just as hard as getting one. 👌🏼 Brands have to carefully choose the words to say and actions to do so as to satisfy audiences. 😅

Whatever the case may be, acknowledgment of audience feedback and providing the same is a crucial part of any social media marketing strategy.🧑🏻‍💻👩🏻‍💻 This would enable businesses to reflect on their actions, apply what was learned, and to improve the next time. Thus, the cycle continues. 🔄

Have you ever questioned yourself, how loyal are my customers or audiences to my business or brand? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Well you’re in for a treat! Today, we are going to talk about the degrees of brand loyalty customers have towards businesses and brands!☝🏼 Let’s check the first two. 🤗

The first degree of brand loyalty is called the ✨SWITCHER✨. The switcher type of customer has no degree of loyalty at all. They are customers who, from the way they are called, switch🔄 from one brand to another depending on what they like at that particular moment. Switchers show no loyalty to any brand❌. Their purchasing power is exercised through impulsiveness, whatever brand they’re exposed to.

The second degree of brand loyalty, on the other hand, is called a ✨SHIFTING LOYAL✨. These consumers’ degree of brand loyalty is a step higher than switchers since they possess a significant, although little, loyalty. Shifting loyal consumers are consumers who shift↔️ their loyalty from one brand to another. Having shifting loyal customers is a jumpstart for having loyal customer bases. Shifting loyal customers can be worked out to become more loyal customers in the future. ☝🏼

Whether our customer are switchers or shifters, one thing is very clear for us social media marketers.☝🏼 We need more effort into engaging these customers to become more loyal consumers of our products and services.👌🏼 With proper strategies and quality content, these customers would be in the next degrees of brand loyalty in no time! 💯 Stay tuned for that!
