Position: Virtual Assistant (3-10 hours per week, potential to expand) - UK timezone
Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires 3-10 hours per week, with the potential to increase hours as workload grows. You will play a crucial role in supporting various business operations, content creation, lead generation, and more.
Content Creation:
Create professional white papers using Canva.
Develop engaging social media posts for LinkedIn.
Write SEO-friendly blogs on Wordpress.
Manage the website by adding and updating pages on Wordpress.
Lead Generation:
Collect lead data from key websites and store it in Hubspot CRM.
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn and email.
Business Operations:
Assist in creating trackable metrics for content and lead generation activities.
Track and organise business networking events for attendance.
Handle billing operations using Xero.
Assist in planning and coordinating various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.
Provide initial customer support through email and chat, resolving basic inquiries and directing complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential market opportunities.
Organise and maintain digital files and documents, ensuring easy access and security.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare necessary materials for business activities.
Assist in planning and organising business events, both virtual and in-person, including webinars, workshops, and networking events.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
Collect and analyse data from various sources to generate insights and support business decisions.
Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for new hires or team members on various tools and processes.
Help in tracking expenses and managing budgets for various projects and business activities.
Monitor social media accounts for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage the content calendar.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Canva, LinkedIn, Wordpress, and Hubspot.
Ability to work within the UK time zone.
Excellent communication skills and daily availability.
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a startup environment.
Self-starter with the ability to conduct independent research for process improvement.
Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimisation, with potential for promotion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with building automations using tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or Make.com.
