CHRISTMAS GIFT PACK REDEMPTION

REMINDERS to ALL San Miguel Employees who will be claiming their Christmas Gift Packs:

1. Products to be claimed at Oh Hana Marketing Office

ADDRESS: District 1C, Marauoy, Lipa City
LANDMARK: Red gate after Tapsi Shop
LOOK FOR: Princess Mercado or Caloy Jacinto

Our warehouse come right after Tapsi shop in Marauoy. You will see a red gated compound. Just show the guard your ID or authorization letter to request entry. Oh Hana Warehouse is at the far end, right side.

2. ONLY San Miguel Employees or its authorized representative will be allowed inside the warehouse compound. Companions will have to wait by the guardhouse area.

3. In case you will be sending a representative to pick up your GC, please ensure that he brings the following:
a. Authorization letter with the SMIS employees photocopy of SMIS ID
b. Government issued ID of the person who will pick-up
c. Corresponding GCs
d. Ensure that they are properly dressed: No shorts, slippers please

4. BRING YOUR OWN ECO BAG

5. WE ARE NOT AUTHORIZED to replace any item in your GC. Should you have any concern/s on this, kindly concur with your HR representative.

6. We do not carry any poultry or beverage products, so these items will have to be claimed elsewhere.

7. We can not facilitate any request for delivery of your GC redemptions. You will take charge of making arrangement to have your items picked-up at our warehouse following the guidelines in Item #3.

8. Pick-up schedule will start on December 19 to 23 and resume back December 26 to 29, Monday to Friday . No pick-up will happen on December 30.
a. AM - 9am to 12nn
b. PM - 1pm to 3pm
