THE SERVICE STATION WAS THE PROBLEM ALL ALONG.
Six Months of Delays. Finally Resolved by a Different Technician.
From February to August, we endured postponed schedules and countless follow-ups, despite paying for both on-site service and transportation.
I’m not a technician, and with no clear explanation or timely response from the technician, I turned to ChatGPT to help me understand the plotter’s error code. Its diagnosis suggested that the issue could be related to the very parts that had been replaced.
When I shared this diagnosis, instead of objectively addressing the possibility, the technician took offense and became confrontational, argumentative, and defensive. All I wanted was a clear explanation and a solution—not an argument.
Thankfully, a different technician eventually resolved the issue, confirming that the service station was indeed the source of the problem.
Seeking clarification isn’t disrespect. Asking questions isn’t an insult. And expecting accountability and professionalism is never too much to ask.
At the end of the day, customers deserve not only competent service but also respect, transparency, and a genuine commitment to finding solutions. 💙
