PAANO MAG PRINT SA TSHIRT GAMIT ANG DTF?

Ang DTF o Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing ay paraan ng pagpi-print ng design sa special film, tapos inililipat ito sa t-shirt gamit ang heat press. Ito ang isa sa pinakasikat ngayon dahil puwede sa cotton, polyester, dark shirts, at kahit maraming kulay.

Ganito ang basic process:

Mga kailangan
-DTF printer
-PET film
-DTF ink
-hot melt powder
-heat press machine
-t-shirt
-RIP software

Step-by-step
1. Gumawa ng design
Gumawa ng design sa Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, o Canva
Gumamit ng transparent background
PNG format kadalasan
300 DPI para malinaw

2. I-print sa PET film
I-print ang design gamit ang DTF printer.
Important:
Mirror mode OFF kadalasan sa DTF
White ink layer ang nasa likod ng colored design

3. Lagyan ng hot melt powder
Habang basa pa ang ink:
Budburan ng DTF powder
Tanggalin ang excess powder
Ang powder ang magsisilbing pandikit sa tela.

4. I-cure/init ang powder
Painitan para matunaw ang powder.
Karaniwang paraan:
curing oven
o hover heat press

Usually:
mga 160°C–170°C
around 2–5 minutes

5. I-heat press sa shirt

Ilagay ang film sa t-shirt tapos i-press.

Typical settings:
-150°C–165°C
-10–15 seconds
-medium pressure

6. Peel the film

Depende sa film:
-hot peel
-warm peel
-cold peel

Pag natanggal na ang film, nakadikit na ang design.

7. Final press

Takpan ng parchment paper o teflon sheet tapos i-press ulit ng 5–10 seconds para mas durable at smooth.

Tips

Pre-press muna ang shirt 5 seconds para mawala moisture.

Gumamit ng magandang powder at film para hindi madaling mag-crack.

Huwag labhan agad within 24 hours.

Wash inside out para tumagal print.
