You don't have to do everything yourself.
I know it can feel faster to just do it yourself.
I know you might think, "It's easier if I just handle it."

But when "I'll just do it" becomes your answer to everything, you eventually become the bottleneck in your own business.
Delegating doesn't mean you're doing less.
It means you're creating space for the things that actually need you.

And honestly?
That's a pretty good investment.

Start with:

That question will tell you a lot.

Hiring someone for the first time can feel a little intimidating.

"What if I don't know what to delegate?"

These are all completely normal questions.

Here's the thing about hiring help:

You don't have to be drowning before you ask for support.
If you're constantly doing admin work instead of working on your business, that's a sign.

If your evenings are spent catching up on emails, that's a sign.
If your business is growing but your time isn't, that's definitely a sign.

Getting help isn't admitting you can't do it.
It's recognizing that your time could be better spent elsewhere.
