🌸 ALWAYS LEARNING. ALWAYS EVOLVING 🌸

Today’s online learning session with CIM Sonia Dubey Dewan of the Indian School of Image Management was one of those sessions that made me pause—not just to take notes, but to look inward, assess, and honestly diagnose my own practice as an Image Strategist.

One key takeaway stayed with me:

“Success does not happen accidentally. It is architected.”

That line made me think.

Where am I strong?
Where do I need to grow?
What systems do I need to build?
And how can I turn my weaknesses into strengths?

The session gave me a powerful lens to look at my own journey through the Five Pillars: Skill Mastery, Positioning, Visibility, Business Systems, and Ethics & Values.

And my biggest realization?

My next level isn’t simply about learning more.

It is about giving structure to what I already know, creating systems around my expertise, and developing the consistency and confidence to execute them.

I realized that some of the things I once considered weaknesses may simply be areas waiting to be architected into strengths.

This is why I believe being an Image Strategist is a journey—not a destination.

There will always be something new to learn, something to refine, something to question, and something to become better at.

I want to continue investing in my craft, expanding my perspective, and strengthening the work I do—so I can create even greater value and meaningful transformation for the people I serve.

A heartfelt thank you to AICI Philippines for creating opportunities like this for us to learn, connect, and continually elevate the profession of image consulting.

And to CIM Sonia Dubey Dewan, thank you for an insightful, practical, and thought-provoking session. Your framework didn’t just give me new knowledge—it gave me a fresh lens to look at myself, my practice, and the business I am building.

And perhaps my most important takeaway:

Success isn’t something we simply hope for.
It is something we intentionally architect.

​With the formal registration of Rocheflume & Co., Image and Styling are no longer just concepts we practice—they are standard-setting tools we offer to elevate lives. We are dedicated to guiding individuals seeking complete personal transformation, empowering them to step into their authentic presence, command confidence, and align their inner excellence with their outward visual impact.

​Stepping into this leadership role as Chapter Treasurer means shifting from passive learning to active stewardship.
