As the utosan na VA na laging naka-tabi sa laptop 😆 iba diyan busy na tumatanggap ng 13th month or bonus…

May client from UK na last October pa nagtatanong kung kelan ko gusto 13th month ko. 🥹❤️ (FYI sya po ay isang babae lol)

Iba talaga pag blessed ka with a client na considerate, maayos kausap, at hindi ka pinaparamdam na ‘just a VA.’
Hindi naman perfect, pero grabe, ganito yung klase ng tao na mahirap hanapin sa freelancing world.

Freelancing isn’t always easy, pero moments like this remind me na worth it lahat ng puyat, revisions, at gawaing parang lima katao sa iisang utak 🤣

Kaya kahit pagod, push pa rin!
God sees every effort and He pays in ways we don’t expect. 🙏✨

These past few days, I’ve been struggling to sleep as in 3–4 hours lang halos, and super unproductive ko lately. 😞

Minsan, kailangan lang talaga natin magpahinga at mag-reset, lalo na kapag feeling mo nawawala ka na sa sarili mo. It’s okay to feel tired. It’s okay to feel anxious. It’s okay to lose interest sometimes. Tao lang tayo. 💗

Kagabi, I finally decided to take melatonin and slept early — around 7PM! And guess what? I woke up around 7AM. 12 hours of sleep, mga mi! 😂 Feeling recharged and alive ulit!

Pero alam mo yung feeling na kahit minsan ang bigat ng puso mo, alam mong si God hindi ka talaga pinapabayaan. 🥺 Kahit sa mga panahong parang wala kang gana, He’s still working behind the scenes, in His own mysterious ways. 🙏

And today, I woke up with good energy and received a new job offer from our new COO (Chief Operating Officer) who also runs a digital marketing company.

Grabe, God is really good. Thank You, Lord, for the gift of life, for new opportunities, and for bringing me back on my feet again. 💖

Sometimes, all it takes is one person who believes in you, someone who sees your worth and appreciates your effort. 🥹💻

People see me grinding now, but what they don’t see is the sacrifice behind it.

Habang tulog kayo, ako nagtatrabaho.
Pag gising niyo, ako naman tulog na sa sobrang puyat. 😅

So please, don’t call it luck. This was never luck — it’s prayer, consistency, and hard work.

I was once just like you, hoping for a chance, praying for something better.

And now, every little thing I have is proof that God really listens. 🙏✨

Wag tayong basta humusga sa mga taong di natin alam kung anong hirap, luha, at sakripisyo ang pinagdadaanan nila para sa pamilya nila.

To every aspiring VA out there — keep showing up, even when no one’s watching.

You don’t need a hundred clients to succeed in freelancing. Honestly, most of us can’t even handle that many. What you really need is one client who believes in you, values your work, and respects your skills enough to invest in you.

That one “yes” can make such a big difference. It can pay your bills, give you a sense of security, and even lead to bigger opportunities you didn’t see coming. Sometimes that single connection becomes the stepping stone to your whole freelancing journey.

I know it can feel discouraging sending proposal after proposal, posting content that seems unnoticed, or applying to gigs and not hearing back. But trust me, none of that effort is wasted. Every move you make is like planting a seed. You may not see the growth right away, but the roots are forming under the surface. And one day, one of those seeds will turn into the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for.

So wag kang susuko. The right client is already out there, waiting for someone exactly like you. You don’t have to chase everyone you just need to be ready when the right one finds you.

👉 Don’t let fear or doubt stop you. Keep showing up. Keep planting those seeds. Because sometimes, all it takes is one “yes” to completely change your freelancing story. 😉🥰
