Not all AI captions are bad.

Sometimes, the caption only sounds generic because the prompt was too general.
When I write captions with AI, I don’t just say:
“Write me a caption.”
I include the audience, goal, tone, offer, and the message I want to say.

For example:
“Write a short Facebook caption for a healthcare center in the Philippines. Make it warm, simple, and helpful. The goal is to encourage patients to ask about available services.”

That small prompt upgrade makes the caption clearer, more relevant, and easier to connect with.

AI is the tool. The strategy still comes from you.

Kung magpadagan lang og ads, dili ni mo-work uy.

After fixing everything, I built the campaign in Ads Manager that same night.
By Jan 29, it was running.

Important:
We used his existing ad creative.
I optimized the ad copy, targeting, and Messenger objective.

Here’s what it generated:
📊 10,124 reached
👀 26,737 impressions
💬 163 messaging conversations
💸 ₱2,297 total spend
📌 ₱14.09 per message
📈 4.90% CTR

Then Feb 11 happened:
✅ 2 units SOLD worth ₱5.4M
🙌 And now — 4 closed clients total.

But listen carefully:
It wasn’t just the ads.

It worked because Sir Amiel:
⚡ replied fast
📌 answered clearly
🤝 followed through and met clients - with site tour pa jud

That’s the funnel.

I generate qualified inquiries.

Dili tanan ‘boosting’ kay ads strategy.

We met Jan 28 at Starbucks Centrio (nalibrehan pa ko hehe ☕️😂).
Sir Amiel’s goal was simple:
“More inquiries.”

But he thought boosting lang ang kelangan.

So we talked about the difference:
Boosting = limited targeting + surface-level results
Ads Manager = controlled targeting + objective-based campaigns + tracking + structure

Before we even launched ads, we discovered another problem:
We couldn’t properly access his Facebook account. In short, di ko ka-set up sa iyang account.

So first, we fixed:
✅ account permissions
✅ business structure
✅ ad account setup

Kay kung dili plastar ang foundation, bisan unsa pa ka-nindot ang creative, dili gihapon stable ang results.

We started running Meta Ads via Ads Manager on Jan 29 for Sir Amiel - a Licensed Real State Salesperson.

As of now?
✅ 4 closed clients
🔥 One early win: Feb 11 — 2 units SOLD worth ₱5.4M

But here’s the twist…

When Sir Amiel first messaged me (mga 3rd week of January),
he didn’t know about Ads Manager.
He just wanted to boost posts.

And that’s common.
Daghan local businesses think boosting = strategy.

But boosting gives visibility.
A funnel gives direction.

She was at the SPARK Program launch under DICT, in partnership with the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental and partner agencies.

The 5-day face-to-face technical training runs from Nov 17–21, followed by a 15-day online campaign until Dec 10.
