ShiroBunny Printing Services is named after my two beloved first pets: Shiro, a white cat, and Bunny, a black dog who passed away in 2025. This name is a small tribute to them, a way for me to always remember their names, the happiness they brought into my life, and the love that started it all. This printing business began as a side hustle alongside my other work, but it holds a very special plac

e in my heart. Even if it’s just small orders or personal projects, I want to continue printing and creating for as long as I can. Every print reminds me of why I started and the joy I felt when Shiro and Bunny were around. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my designs displayed in people’s homes and reading kind words about my work. Another set of wall calendars went out last weekend. That time, 3 pieces from one client. Thank you so much for trusting ShiroBunny with something that will be displayed in your home all year. 🤍

Every time I pack an order, I look at the name “ShiroBunny” and smile a little. The name came from my two first pets, Shiro, my white cat, and Bunny, my black dog. They both left in the same year, and starting this small printing hobby became my way of keeping their memory close.

So whenever someone orders, it feels more than just a transaction. It feels like their names continue to live on through every calendar I make.

Sharing one of my wall calendar builds this year. This one was ordered by my cousin, and it made me reflect on how these calendars came to be.

I first started working on this idea back in late 2023 for my 2024 calendars. I designed them for myself at first. The top photo was printed as a sticker and mounted on a board, the calendar months were on bond paper, and everything was bound together with a plastic ring. I shared a few photos on my personal account, not really expecting anything. To my surprise, a lot of people reached out and ordered. I was so busy back then, but it was the kind of busy that made me happy.

The following year, though, I noticed a flaw. The board I used wasn’t thick enough, and over time the top photo started to roll. I honestly felt bad thinking about all the calendars I had already made. That pushed me to improve. I searched for a thicker board and created a second version. When I shared it, there were fewer orders, but I felt more at peace knowing the issue was fixed.

Now, I’m using the improved materials from that second version, and I’m confident these wall calendars will last longer without wrinkling or curling. This whole process reminded me that ShiroBunny is not just about selling. It’s about learning, improving, and enjoying the act of creating something with my own hands.
