dia platforms. I spent 13 years as a Safety Supervisor in the manufacturing industry, where I developed as an assertive person who was self-assured and confident without being pushy. Since our goal is zero accidents, I've been trained to be decisive and on top of things at all times. At the moment, I'm conducting virtual training for someone who wants to become a Certified Safety Officer. By sharing my prior experiences, I take on the challenge of fighting for and strengthening OSH Culture in the Philippines. As a certified OSH practitioner, I also create digital and goal-oriented solutions by developing strategies to satisfy a client's brand objective at all times through virtual trainings, e-OSH consultations, coaching, and upgrading their company's OSH programs. I ensure that my clients' marketing is purposeful by aligning and enforcing their underlying beliefs, principles, and purpose, which are far more lasting than tastes and trends. Being opinionated on occasion is my way of staying on top of things and making myself prominent. As the saying goes, all marketers want to increase brand recognition, and they achieve this goal by voicing their ideas. I have to know and grasp the elements of marketing in this digital age as an OSH Practitioner / Freelance Virtual Assistant, and I also have to explain it to my clients since I believe that old approaches do not open new doors.
