Please pahelp po ako. Medyo tagilid po kasi ako sa Quota ko sa isang Provider natin :). Kailangan po nating makabenta ng SMART REGULAR 50, 100, 200, 300, 500 at 1000 para po maHIT natin yung monthly quota na 3M Sales, kung hindi ko po mahiHIT yun malulugi po tayo ng malaking halaga, Magkakaroon tayo ng malaking problema next month. Sa mga members na naresendan ng GSAT/GPINOY PINs kagabi at nakaltasan ang loadwallet, pawait lang po at naghahanap ako ng way kung paano ko mapapabilis ang refund.

UPDATE

Still wala parin pong responses from technical support, i know it's sunday pero i did my best para maabot sila. Alam ko pong disappointed kayo pero wala po akong magagawa sa ngayon talaga kundi maghintay lang din na marestore yung Server natin. Let's call it a day and hope someone will finally serve our Server's concerns as soon as possible.

Rest assured na hindi na po ito mauulit pa sa mga darating na buwan/taon. Maraming Salamat po sa patuloy na pagunawa.
