✅ Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
✅ Good in written and verbal communication
✅ Punctual and dependable
✅ Experience in office administration is an advantage, but applicants who are eager to learn are also welcome.

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare quotations and office documents
* Encode and update records
* Handle emails and client inquiries
* Monitor job orders and office files
* Coordinate with production, suppliers, and clients
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed
