📌 High School Grads/ ALS Grads are welcome

📌 With or Without call center experience

FAQ (Frequently ask questions)

❓how much is the salary?
➡️ Provincial rate + Night diff 15% + Incentives

❓ what is the work schedule?
➡️ we have 2 work schedule
• 5PM to 2AM (UK Account)
• 11PM to 8AM ( US Account)
( Training Schedule is 11PM for both account)

❓is there any training and is it paid?
➡️ Training is 25 days
( 3 days classroom training not paid)
( 4th day to 25th day is P100 per day)
( after training and successfully passed you will
sign a probationary contract rate is provincial
rate + night diff 15% and also entitled for benefits like SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig

❓is the company legit?
➡️ yes we are registered and have business permits with city hall, BIR, DTI and other permits also TESDA Accredited (only waiting for release of accreditation number)

❓how to apply?

❓What are the requirements?
➡️ we only asking for updated resume other requirements like NBI, Police, Brgy clearance will be ask after probationary period because of pandemic

➡️ al long as you are confident and willing to be trained we have a script that you have to memorize and regarding computer navigation dont have to be really knowledgeable as long as you know how to tun on and turn off the PC you know how to type and copy and paste
