From Freelancer to Agency Owner
4 years ago, I was doing everything myself.
Bookkeeping. Funnels. Admin work. Client messages. Deadlines.
I was a one-woman team trying to build something bigger while also dealing with exhaustion, fear, and uncertainty.
There were nights I worked until 2–3 AM.
Days I questioned if I could really sustain this.
Months when clients were quiet and I wondered if this dream would even survive.
I didn’t have a big team.
I didn’t have investors.
Just grit, faith, and a laptop.
Today… things look very different.
I now run an agency with 5 dedicated staff, 2 partner companies in the US, and something I never imagined…
👉 I have my own physical office in our town.
From working in a corner of my home…
to opening a real office that now serves both international and local clients this still feels surreal.
We’re no longer just “a VA.”
We are now a systems-driven agency providing:

I stopped thinking like a freelancer and started thinking like a CEO.
