About the role:

You will write high-performance C++ that powers automated testing for complex, hardware-integrated systems. This is low-level, performance-sensitive work where code quality and reliability matter. What you'll do:

Urgent Hiring: Insurance Sales Agent Office

Purple Cow Agency is an outsourcing company located in Cebu City IT Park. We are building a dedicated team for a United States insurance client, and we are hiring now.

About the role
You will call people in the United States who may want burial and end-of-life insurance, also called final expense insurance. Over time the team will also handle term life insurance. The product is simple, and many people already want it.
Your job is to connect with the customer, understand what they are looking for, and build their interest. You are not the one who closes the sale. When the customer is warm and ready, you pass a live transfer to a closer, a licensed United States agent, who completes the sale and handles the paperwork. You do not take Social Security numbers or payment details. The closer does that. Full training is provided, including training videos from the insurance broker.

What you will do
• Make outbound calls to customers in the United States.
• Connect with each customer and build a warm, friendly conversation.
• Understand what the customer is looking for and build their interest in the product.
• Know when a customer is ready, and pass a live transfer to a closer to complete the sale.
• Follow the script and the call process you are trained on.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for good transfers.
