• Log in to Mailgun Dashboard

• Navigate to Sending > Logs

• Select your domain

• Click on Add Filter and choose Recipient

• Paste the email address you’re checking

• Go to Sending > Suppressions

• Choose your domain

• Search and remove the recipient’s email from the Bounces tab.

❌ 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲: Switch to the Unsubscribes tab and remove the email.

⚠️ 𝗨𝗻𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:

• For custom domains, set DMARC to none.
