Planning goes beyond listing. Make sure to set goals that are sustainable and efficient Add breaks in between and make sure to maintain a schedule that is not cramped. After all, working smart always beats working longer hours.
2. Set Up the Workplace Optimally
Make sure to start with setting up your workplace optimally. If you are not a fan of clutter, then keep things out of sight ā out of mind! But if an organized clutter works for you, then organize your workspace accordingly. As long as it works for you, youāll be fine!
3. Reward yourself after the week!
Your goals should not be only about other things like work and errands, make sure you leave something for yourself! Time to finally try that new restaurant around the block, or just opt for a simple TV night! It does not have to be grand nor expensive, just something you look forward to doing to cap the week off.
