In this role, you will work as part of the team to provide technical support to our clients worldwide. This includes sending emails, and having meetings and calls with a range of business stakeholders and clients to identify problems with their integration and systems. You will be working with many different technologies, systems, and our integration platform to help our clients to have a more automated and integrated work experience. You are willing to study and learn how to transition from a support role to either a project management role or a project development role.
Keys Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide over-the-phone and via email support to clients.
- Manage the support tickets
- Troubleshoot automation issues and communication problems
- Provide instruction and training to clients
- Maintain and support the integrations of our clients.
- Study and work towards a development or project management role within the business.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Exceptional people & customer service skills
- A passion to acquire development skills and move to a senior role.
- A reasonable understanding of JavaScript, APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server
- An understanding of internet security protocols.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and support tickets
- Comfortable working in a team environment (on-screen).
- Able to work 9am โ 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
- IT qualification or experience is advantageous; however not essential
- Excellent English written, verbal & interpersonal skills
