• Knowledge of recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of employee onboarding, company policies, and HR documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with online recruitment platforms and social media.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and applicant information.
• Responsible, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively with employees, applicants, and management.
