A MUST READ FOR THOSE PLANNING TO BUILD OR BUY A HOUSE:

FYI when you build a house the most important thing to do is hire an Architect for the Design and Civil Engineer for the structural WHY? Because they know more about the computation of space, lot requirements and load of work. Not all the designs that we will see on social media or internet are fit / matched in our lot area. Don't believe what others say. Just get Foreman, Mason and Laborers because they will work if they have a job. But when the time comes that your house will be broken because of the unexpected occurrence especially the earthquake you can't catch them since there's no warranty that you made them do it you just smite them in the sun or you are just making the labor dance.

Think why there are different designs of rebars? because every designs fit / match lot requirements, let's say that you are cheap in labor cost because you didn't get Engineer & Architect but when the time comes you will realize that you spent a lot compared to those who took professional construction professionals Either licensed HOUSE CONTRACTOR, CIVIL ENGINEER & ARCHITECT

Always remember Architect, Civil Engineers, Foreman & Skilled Workers are always partners in the Construction Industry.

PS: It's not nice to have finished and paint color so you can say that a house is durable but in structural (Footings, Tie Beams, Grid Beams, Columns, Beams & Design Requirements)

My construction exposure has spanned years. Nung nagsisimula palang, iba ang perception ko sa mga tao. Magtratrabaho sila ng isang linggo tapos iinom pag sahod tapos ganun ulit. Habang tumatagal nako, dun ko sila mas naappreciate. Behind these simple men, kahit walang college degree, tatalunin nila sa skills ang mga baguhang may lisensya. Their mastery in their craft deserves to be acknowledged because no house, school, hospital, hotel, mall or church can be built without them. May ibang lolokohin ka, may ibang tatagal sayo, may ibang magiging kaibigan mo, pero lahat sila, at some point, ibubuhos nila pawis at pagod para maitawid ang project mo. Iiwan ang pamilya para sumahod at mag trabaho para sayo. Hindi biro yung ilang taon na binibigay nila para maging magaling na pintor, karpentero, tilesetter etc. Kaya dapat irespeto nating mga "professionally licensed" mga ksamahan natin sa site.
We may have had years of study, but they have years of experience and skills that we may never be able to acquire in our professional practice. 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️👨‍🏭👩‍🏭👨‍🔧👩‍🔧
